These times are given as a guide and represent the usual delivery
period. Public holidays will effect these times, as may very occasional
operational matters.

Lost Damaged or Late Packages
Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives
promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally occur. If
your
parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us.
We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All items
are sent Special Delivery if requested and insurance is provided through the Royal
Mail, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during transit.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we
can take further action.
Returns & Cancellation
Return of Unwanted Goods :: Our satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from
us.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact
us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be
made within 30 days.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of unwanted earrings.
Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their
original
condition and with their original packaging and presentation boxes, within
14 days.
Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve
the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer.
If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that
you contact us on 01869 354081 or by e-mailing us at
prior to sending them back. We strongly
recommend that returned goods are sent by Special Delivery with the appropriate
insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for
by us.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition,
there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should
receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days
of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer
service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged
goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you.
